Thankful for the Grace of God

“For out of His fullness [the superabundance of His grace and truth] we have all received grace upon grace [spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift]. For the Law was given through Moses, but grace [the unearned, undeserved favor of God] and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has seen God [His essence, His divine nature] at any time; the [One and] only begotten God [that is, the unique Son] who is in the intimate presence of the Father, He has explained Him [and interpreted and revealed the awesome wonder of the Father].”
Grace and peace be multiplied to you. Jesus came to give us grace and peace in this life. Grace is Jesus and when he died on the gross, he gave us all that we will ever need in this life, health, healing, deliverance, wealth and power. Whatever we may need has already been provided. We just need to give thanks for the goodness of God. We will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Grace is all we need for this life. Grace is unmerited favour. Hence we live a life filled with favour. It was not only Joseph who lived with favour, no, we too are surrounded with favour as a shield.
