Dare to Declare – Part 4

“My son, never forget the things I've taught you. If you want a long and satisfying life, closely follow my instructions. 3 Never tire of loyalty and kindness. Hold these virtues tightly. Write them deep within your heart.”
The three acts in Proverbs 3:3 are the three secrets for obtaining favor with God and man. No.1, Let not mercy and truth forsake you. No.2, Bind them around your neck and No.3, Write them on the tablet of your heart. The question now arises, as to how one writes on the tablet of their heart. The answer is simple, as it is found in Psalms 45:1 AMP “My heart overflows with a goodly theme; I address my psalm to a King. My tongue is like the pen of a ready writer.”
So you take your tongue and confess God’s Word out aloud. As you do this you write on the tablet of your heart. Now the Bible does say that out of the abundance of your heart the mouth speaks. So now, we get the picture that as you confess God’s Word, you make inscriptions on the tablet, which is your heart. Therefore, as you go on and face challenges, you open up your mouth and you speak forth what is already inscribed there. This makes tremendous power available to you.
As you do this, mountains begin to move, just as Jesus taught. Therefore, you have to declare what God says about you. You cannot afford to be silent. The declaration and confession of God’s Word to the New Creation man is vital to live a victorious and overcoming life.
