Dare to Declare – Part 1
Dr RJ Sing · 1 min read
“But if we confess our sins to Him, He can be depended on to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong. And it is perfectly proper for God to do this for us because Christ died to wash away our sins.”
Many think that silence is golden but that is not true when it comes to the born again life. You have to speak out what you believe. In other words, confession of your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and His Word is very important. Silence must be practiced only when you are constantly speaking the wrong things. It is better to be quiet, than to speak death. But once you have learned to speak life, keep on speaking.
Your confession must not be uncertain or indefinite. As you study the Word of God, you actively show yourself approved unto God. For example, if you are challenged with condemnation, read and meditate on the following scripture 1 John 1:9.
As you do this, light will come over your thinking and joy and peace will enter you. Condemnation will then have to leave, as you confess out this scripture boldly. Now the Lord has done many, many precious things for us in the scriptures. You have to declare it. You are to confess, that God is your Father and that you are His child. You are now a partaker of His Divine Nature and have passed from death into life. Choose from this day that you will speak words of life.
