Nothing Is Too Hard for Him

“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee; 27: Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there anything too hard for me?”
God commanded Jeremiah to buy a piece of land. Through this, God wanted to let him know that He would show His people compassion again: houses, field and vineyards would again be bought in that land. Jeremiah obeyed God’s command, even though he did not fully understand it and the future prospects for God’s people seemed bleak. It is Faith that allows you to carry on with your life in times of trouble, trusting that God will continue His work in you. God promised Jeremiah that He would allow His people to return from exile and ensured him that nothing was too difficult for Him to accomplish. We must realize who God is. Nothing is too hard for Him. We can never judge God. He is omnipotent and eternal.
God is still the same God as in the days of Jeremiah. “You performed miraculous signs and wonders in Egypt and have continued them to this day…,” (Jeremiah 32:20). God’s Power is unchanging. He still saves and protects His children as He did in the times of the Old Testament. He is still ready to help you when you need Him. No matter what you face in life, always remember that nothing is too hard for Him.
