Be Strong and Courageous!

“Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.”
Living a Christian life or a life of Faith takes great courage. It takes courage to stand up in the midst of challenges and declare God’s deliverance. It takes courage to stand up in the face of sickness and declare that by the stripes of Jesus you have been healed. It takes courage to believe for prosperity and then sow whatever little you have into the Kingdom.
There are times you just feel like giving up, and it takes courage to push on and believe God. In order to keep on living in Victory, you have to fight again and again. The Israelites thought their battles would be over when they crossed the Red Sea. When they heard reports of giants in the Promised land, they decided that they could not fight. What happened? They lost courage. Now Joshua, had courage. He obeyed God’s Instruction and kept the Word on his mind and in his heart day and night. He reminded Himself that God was on their side and that they could not be defeated. To fight the fight of faith you will have to do what Joshua did. You will have to draw courage from the Bible. So, become an over comer in Jesus Name, Amen!
