The Mandate of Saul – Paul
Pastor Zubeda Sing · 1 min read

“And Saul said, “Who are You, Lord?” And He answered, “I am Jesus whom you are persecuting, now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.””
Paul was passionate in his dependence on God, fiercely committed to following him and courageous in his witness. Paul relinquished all of his desires and plans into God’s hands and became one of the greatest leaders in Christian history.
Paul took advantage of his house arrest in Rome by preaching to everyone who visited him. He also used his time in Rome to write several letters that comprise part of the New Testament (Philippians, Colossians, Ephesians and Philemon). Competent leaders have a knack for turning bad situations into opportunities to bring their vision into reality.
Take heart—even Paul himself at times felt inadequate to fulfill his godly calling. But God always provides a way.
For the godly leader, life and leadership are transformed in the face of this awesome and amazing reality. There has been no greater problem, and no greater problem solver, in the history of humankind. Is there a pressing problem that has been awaiting your action? God is waiting to help you in your business, in your family, in your personal life.
