Faith Pleases God

Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Hebrews 11:6

It is impossible to thrive without faith, as it’s impossible to please God.

Thriving is an act of faith—trusting God for abundance when circumstances look dry.

Your faith is the bridge over the chasm of impossibility.

The thriver consistently lives by faith and cultivates their faith as the thriver understands that it is impossible to please God without faith.

The thriver is rich in faith, so much so that the abundance of the faith causes them to flourish no matter the circumstances. The circumstances they may be face, may seem impossible with no way out, but because of their rich faith, they know God is able to open up the red sea for them and they can cross over on dry ground. The thriver constantly keeps their eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of their faith. The thriver has spent enough time on the promises of God and reminds themselves that God is able to do the impossible, he did it in the life of Moses and Abraham, so surely He will do it in my life as well, of a certainty, our God will do it.

Nothing so pleases God as a steadfast faith in all that He is and promises to do.

Abraham demonstrated his faith by obedience in leaving his home in Ur and journeying to unknown lands, in living long years in the Promised Land as a foreigner in temporary quarters (Acts 7:5), and by patiently awaiting his permanent abode.

Faith is the currency with which the thriver does life on a daily basis. The faith of the thriver gives him access to God 24/7.

The thriver consistently keeps their mind on Jesus, knowing that God is able to do what is needed for them to flourish in this life.

I am a believer, I am a thriver, I flourish in this life. I believe that as I come to God, I believe that He is more than able to do what I have asked and even more than I have asked. I rejoice in the manifestation of what I have asked, even though it does not seem possible when I have asked you Father.
