Grace & the Anointing

“But you have an anointing from the Holy One [you have been set apart, specially gifted and prepared by the Holy Spirit], and all of you know [the truth because He teaches us, illuminates our minds, and guards us from error].”
The anointing rests on the life of every believer. Grace came through Jesus Christ so we have unmerited favour all the days of our lives. The anointing on our lives is a rich well of the presence of God that destroys the yokes in our lives that have held us in bondage. The anointing frees us from our old way of living and brings a new and living way. Old things begin to pass away, our desires change. We are changed day by day by the anointing that flows freely in our lives as we serve Jesus every day.
The grace of God and the anointing of God overwhelms our lives, giving us the joy of salvation. We enjoy a greater quality of life and as a result it gives us the desire to want others to experience this good life that Jesus came to give. We want to share Jesus with others.
