I Pray Expecting to Receive

“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
This refers to conception in the heart of a believer. If you can believe with your heart and then speak it out, you will have whatsoever you say. “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you” Matthew 7:7 NKJV.
The Bible instructs us to ask. Sometimes we desire and forget to ask. May I remind you to ask your Heavenly Father of the things you so desire. You are to ask and keep on asking (reminding God) until you receive what you are asking for.
Most believers just give up and think that God has not heard them or they switch to the “hope” mode. No, dear Child of God, have persistent faith. Ask and keep on asking. Seek and keep on seeking until you find what you are looking for. Knock and keep on knocking until a door is opened for you. “And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” John 14:13 NKJV.
Know for certainty that what you ask, you will receive. When you pray, pray expecting to receive. You constantly hear the Word of God. But the hearer must become a doer or else the entire structure that he/she builds will be destroyed. Be a believer and a receiver.
