God Knows All
Dr RJ Sing · 2 min read
“And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”
There is nothing that God does not know. God knows all things. From the tiniest insect in the earth to the most distant star in the galaxy, God knows everything completely. God knows things about us that we do not know about ourselves. He even knows the numbers of hair on each of our heads. (See Matthew 10:30) God knew the number of inhabitants in the city of Ninevah (See Jonah 4:11) He knew and controlled the growth of the plant that shaded Jonah. Because God knows all, He is in control.
The Apostle Paul wrote, “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.” (1 Corinthians 2:9-10)
His knowledge is infinite. It is in the light of this infinite knowledge that we must each be prepared to give an account of ourselves to God. Now that God knows all, be rest assured that He knows all about you and your needs. He knows who to connect you with. He knows those who will open doors for you. He knows who will promote you and honour you. Therefore, cease from your worry and anxiety. He not only knows all, He is with you in a vital partnership.
