Clothed with God’s Ability

“And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues.”
We are clothed with God’s power and ability. 2 Corinthians 3:4-5 NKJV “And we have such trust through Christ toward God. Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God.” We have God’s sufficiency and ability; we are clothed with God’s Power and Ability. All of the forces of darkness are under our feet. One puts a thousand to flight and two puts ten thousand. God says in His Name we shall cast out demons – John 16:23.
We must soak in these truths, so we can stop walking as mere men. For example, Samson, ‘The Mighty Covenant Man’. When he ignored his covenant rights, the Philistines captured him and took his eyes out. Some believers are like Samson (slaves). In John 10:29 NKJV, “My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father’s hand.” There is a difference between ‘God’ and ‘My Father’.
In Hebrews 7:25 NKJV, it says, “Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.” He ever lives for your benefit. He is longing for you to respond. Remember you are clothed with God’s Ability and that signs and wonders will follow you, in the Mighty Name of Jesus.
