The Anointing Abides in You

“But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.”
God does not want you to live in anguish, anxiety and a sorrowful spirit. All He wants you to do is “Believe”. After you have received, you are to only believe. According to 1 John2:20, you have an anointing and this anointing abides in you. That is why it is so important to live your life in such a way that you do not grieve the anointing of the Spirit. At times when you feel that you have lost all joy, and that you are not moved, you may be wondering what has happened to me?
The answer is very simple. The Spirit of God has been grieved. Set that matter right immediately, and begin to enjoy the Presence of the Anointing of God’s Spirit in your life. Remember what the Scripture declares about Jesus: “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.” (Acts 10:38 NKJV) You are also anointed. Protect and guard the anointing in your life. The anointing will teach you, lead you and guide you in this life. The Word states: “But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all things.” (1 John 2:20)
