The Power of God’s Word – Part 1

“In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. 3 Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.”
We see how God brought things into existence. Hebrews 11:3 NKJV “By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.” We as sons and daughters of the living God must begin to realize the creative power that is contained in what God says, when He speaks.
It is when we understand this truth, impossibilities become possible and difficult things become easy. Until we learn the Power of God’s Word, that Word has no life for us. It has not taken on vitality until, then it is just beautiful doctrine. The product of a printer is a combination of paper and ink.
John 6:33 NKJV “For the bread of God is He who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” When God speaks, the same creative Power that created the world into existence, goes into action. His Word today is just as effective, just as Powerful, just as creative, as when the Words were framed by the Words of God.
