Agreement to Walk Together – Part 3

Dr RJ Sing · 1 min read

“Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?”
(Amos 3:3 – NKJV)

These disagreements cause a detrimental effect upon the family: No evidence of self-sacrifice (selfishness). Daily life and conversations run in opposite directions and everyone is seeking his/her own vision. How disastrous is this to, the children, all who come into the atmosphere of this relationship. What a plight upon this house, what a haunt for evil spirits and what a place for satan to have legal entry.

Avoid this life of disagreement: Young people should be circumspect (taking everything into account), in forming attachments, and relationships (soul ties). We living a life of constant “ware-and-tare” and friction, and thus we should be assured of heart agreements. Don’t get in relationships that is in disagreement with you.

In order to walk with God, you have to come into an agreement with God. How do you get into an agreement with God? When you accept Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, He becomes Lord (Jehovah) over your life. The Word of God is the contractual document of your agreement. You agreed to follow His Word as your compass – direction.
