The Power of the Blood

“Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.”
You have been purchased and saved through the precious blood of Jesus Christ. It was a change from darkness into light, and from the power of satan unto God. This blessed salvation through the blood of Jesus has freed you and made you a joint heir with Christ. You are now made holy, because God dwells in you just as He dwelt in His Son by the Power of the Holy Spirit.
We received sonship because of Christ’s obedience. Let us look at what the scripture says, “*So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, today have I begotten thee.” (Hebrews 5:8) This new birth is too wonderful. This birth unto righteousness is by faith in the atonement. This Power has transformed your life. But you know all this was possible and still is because of the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blood has Power to give you victory upon victory. “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.”Revelation 12:11
