I Have Eternal Life!

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”
As a son/daugther of God, you already believe in Jesus with all of your heart and right now, this very minute, you have Eternal Life. Now that you are in this position, you shall never be condemned or experience God’s wrath. God loves humanity so much that He gave His Son for us: *“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”John 3:16, 17.*
You now know Jesus and recognise God’s gift to you. You are now a partaker of the Living water. This brings us to the fact that God’s Children have Eternal Life. That means you listen intently to the Words of Jesus and your heart greatly rejoices in the sound of His Voice. You now give Him free reign to increase within you and take over the Lordship of your life. He has now become the Chief executive of your life and guides you in all that you do and in all that you set your hand to do. As you go about your day, meditate on the fact that you have “Eternal Life.” Remember that we are indwelt by the Word (Col 3:16). This Eternal Life is working in and through you 24/7.
