Ye Are Partakers of His Divine Nature

“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
This Scripture talks about the Divine Nature of God. What is the Divine Nature of God? There are parts of God’s Divine Nature, attributes of God that are reserved for God alone. They are eternal which means without beginning or end. Omnipresent, which means God is present everywhere. Omnipotent, which means God is All-Powerful. Immutable, which means that God is Unchangeable.
The above are parts of God’s Divine Nature. These parts of God’s Nature are imparted to you at the moment of your salvation. By God’s Power, you have been given all things that pertain to life and Godliness. Now that you possess the Nature of God in your Spirit, you must become a partaker of His Divine Nature in your daily walk in life and in your day-to-day experience.
You must now partake of His Divine Nature, through the Revelation of the New Creation. You can do this, but the question is how? You must study and meditate on God’s Word. By faith, claim the Promises of His Word. This is how you partake of His Divine Nature. As you do this, not only do you become partakers but also you become more and more like Him in your character. Through His divine Power, you have been given all things that pertain unto life and Godliness. The God life and nature becomes your life and nature.
