“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”
God has also made provision for your healing. *“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.”1 Peter 2:24. Health is your portion. You cannot be sick. You must refuse to be sick. When diseases try to get on you, use the Sword of the Spirit and keep sicknesses at bay. The New Creation man is not a person trying to be healed. No, He is the healed keeping sicknesses away. What a difference
Remember that Jesus bore your sickness and carried your pains. He was smitten, afflicted and pierced through the hands and feet because of your transgressions. He was bruised and battered because of your wickedness. He became sick with your sicknesses and suffered excruciating pain on your account. He did all this so that you could walk in health and freedom. You are now completely free from sickness and disease. You are now healed spirit, soul and body.
You must receive this truth into your spirit. You are not the sick trying to be healed. You are the healed of the Lord keeping sickness at bay. You must constantly meditate on the fact that you are disease free and sickness free. Open your mouth boldly and say it. As you confess healing and health over yourself, your body will respond, Glory to God!
