“And God Said…”

“And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness [was] upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.”
Just as God’s Power created the universe in the beginning, we as New Creation beings are given the authority to believe God, to imagine and to create things as God did. In Genesis 1:1-31 we observe that as God began to create, we find that He did it by words. We see over and over again the phrase, “Then God said, Then God said”, Now this is a Great secret of creation. For everything God created He had to speak it into existence. He had to speak “Words” which brought forth the described results. This first chapter in the Bible, the history of creation, came forth from “Words” spoken by our Eternal Creator. He used a language and everything around Him responded to that language. God did not use destructive words or words that did not bring life.
The words that God used were Life Giving. It created and brought forth order. Everything that was said was specific and accurate. God knew exactly what He wanted. He had specific desires when He spoke these words. He knew what He wanted manifested. He actually spoke a whole universe into order. He spoke having a plan and image on the inside of Him. Now that we have seen how God created by using words we start to realise the importance of language. It was a creative language. Each word God spoke had life and creative ability within it. Each word was a “Faith Word.” The language of the New Man therefore is very important. If there is chaos and confusion around you speak order and blessings and you will have what you say.
