The Blessing for Financial Overflow

Pastor Zubeda Sing · 2 min read

“Now [remember] this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to others] will also reap generously [and be blessed]. Let each one give [thoughtfully and with purpose] just as he has decided in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver [and delights in the one whose heart is in his gift]”
2 Corinthians 9v6-7

We are the decision makers in our lives. When it comes to our finances, it is a decision we make to sow or not and how much to sow. If we are people who are driven by fear, we will never sow as we will be afraid that we will not have enough for ourselves.

If we are people who only see what we have in our hands, we will never sow, and as a result we will not receive a harvest. The root cause of this is fear.

Is it fare then to say that our giving is limited by our fear and not by our faith. We need to drive fear out of our lives and know that God is well able to take care of us. He has placed a law in the earth, seed time and harvest. As long as we sow financial seed, we will reap a financial harvest. So, you decide to what level you will sow and that is the harvest you will reap. Give God a chance to make you live in financial overflow by your faith and not your fear.
