He Has Called You – Part 3

“After you have suffered a little while, our God, Who is full of kindness through Christ, will give you His eternal glory. He personally will come and pick you up, and set you firmly in place, and make you stronger than ever.”
Thus far we have covered two wonderful things revealed in the above scripture: Firstly, God wants us ‘perfect’ and secondly, He wants us ‘established’. Now we will look at the Third thing God wants in us.
Thirdly, God wants you to be ‘strengthened’. The dictionary defines Strength as follows: “The State or Quality of being physically or mentally strong, the Ability to withstand or exert great Force, Pressure, and Power to convince, with ever increasing success, to make to become stronger.”
This is what God wants in your life. He wants you to be strengthened. You are strengthened by the fact that you are in the Will of God and that God is working in and through you doing His business.
You are in the plan of God and that He is working out His purpose in your Life. Others around you, whether they are being evil or good are all instruments of God, working things for your betterment. Therefore, we should thank God for people around that fight us. With each challenge you are being strengthened by God. You are to be strong in the Lord and in the Power of His might.
