God’s Principles for True Wealth – Part 2

“And the Lord shall make you the head, and not the tail; and you shall be above only, and you shall not be beneath, if you heed the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you this day and are watchful to do them.”
Our taste for the good life must not exceed our sense of justice. Imbalance is not in harmony with the teachings of Jesus Christ. Our focus here, should be for us to attain financial freedom. The Kingdom model empowers all, financial prosperity is a right of every believer who claims it and confession is part of the wheel of prosperity, but not the whole wheel. We should emphasize faith and belief but we should teach and include the production of goods and services. It is high time we begin to learn the importance of producing goods and the rendering of service, as a pre-requisite of being wealthy.
Sometimes we use popular scriptures, but we falsely interpret them. The scripture we use a lot is: Proverbs 13:22 NKJV “A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the wealth of the sinner is stored up for the righteous.” However, the principles of justice does not allow God to take the wealth of the wicked and give it to Christians. God makes people rich because of diligence and hard work. The way to look at the meaning of Proverbs 13:22 is that we reach wealth when the righteous produce a better product, or a product that is needed, than anyone else in the market. Remember, there is no transfer of wealth without Luke 16:10-12, which addresses faithfulness.
