You Are Empowered

“And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. 18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”
In chapter 28 of Matthew, we see Jesus as He stood on the mountain. He was about to ascend to the Father. Notice Jesus said, “All Power” If He has all Power, then that’s exactly what it means. Jesus has all Power. Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples in all the nations, baptizing them into the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and then teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you; and be sure of this that I am with you always, even to the end of the world.” Amen.
Mark 16:17-18 “And those who believe shall use my authority to cast out demons, and they shall speak new languages. 18 They will be able even to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won't hurt them; and they will be able to place their hands on the sick and heal them.” Jesus is talking about handling a snake. He is saying, “If that old serpent, satan invades your home, you can cast him out”. He means you are the one to cast out satan. You have the authority to do so. satan is an outlaw here.
He has no authority in the earth. Even though Jesus was a man, He didn’t consider it robbery to do the same Works as God. Jesus still speaks to you through His Word and the Holy Ghost.
