You Are a New Creature in Christ

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
The moment you accept Jesus as your Saviour, the Holy Spirit joins you to Jesus Christ. You become one with Him for all Eternity. You are a New Creation in Christ Jesus or to say it in another way, “You are a new Species of Being.” You are not painted over or restored. No, you are brand new. Old things have passed away. That means that the old person that existed before, ceases to exist now.
A new Spirit person has been born. As a new creation, you have no past, Glory to God! Paul wrote, “Old things have passed away! All things have become New!” The love of Jesus within you compels you to act on His behalf. You must know with a certainty that you died with Him on that cross. He became your sin substitute as He died for all humanity. Therefore, you are part of a new Godly race.
Your spirit has been recreated with the very Nature of God. And you are now an actual son/daughter in His Royal Family. This Eternal Life which He came to give us is the very Nature of God. Now that you are in Christ, you are positively a new creature and all things are now new.
