“And all thy children [shall be] taught of the LORD; and great [shall be] the peace of thy children. In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.”
God’s Word is telling the New Creation man, the Born Again believer, not to use destruction in your vocabulary. Destruction is not part of your nature. Hallelujah! You shall establish yourself in righteousness. Oppression and destruction is not for a New Creature in Christ. Tell yourself, you are free! Oppression is not your portion. Destruction is not your portion. The Prophet Isaiah in this verse of Scripture was foretelling the future. He was talking about the Church. He was talking about you and I.
Fear is not your portion. *For the Lord has not given you a spirit of fear but of Love and Power and of a Sound mind! You are a New Creation being, a Spirit of Boldness is upon you! The Bible tells us that the Righteous are as bold as a lion. That is your portion in life. That is the description of your nature. Hallelujah! Remember 2 Timothy 1:7, “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” You must live your life fear and terror free. As a Child of God you are bold as a lion and victory and love is yours each day
